01 Exchange Policy
My Vow Jewels offers a 7-day exchange on all standard (non-custom) jewellery from the date of delivery. Exchanges are for equal or higher value items only.

02 Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- In original, unworn condition — no scratches, bends, or signs of wear.
- All original tags, certificates (BIS hallmark, lab certificate), and authenticity cards intact.
- Returned in the original VOW jewellery box and packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice / order confirmation.
03 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Custom-made, personalised, or engraved jewellery (made to your specifications).
- Bridal sets and made-to-order wedding jewellery.
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired after purchase.
- Items purchased during special sale events or with a discount coupon above 20% off.
- Earrings and nose pins (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
- Items returned without original packaging, certificates, or invoice.
04 How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact Us
Email vowjewelsllp@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98190 95670 with your order number and the reason for exchange. Include 2–3 photos of the item.
Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1 business day. We will send you the return address and a packing checklist.
Ship the Item
Pack securely in the original box. Use a tracked courier service. For exchanges above ₹10,000, we recommend insured shipping. Shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are borne by the customer.
Receive Your Exchange or Credit
Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we dispatch your new piece or issue store credit within 3–5 business days.
05 Repairs & Resizing
- Free resizing once within 90 days of purchase on rings and bangles.
- Subsequent resizing is available at a nominal charge — contact us for a quote.
- Manufacturing defects (clasp failure, stone falling out, link breakage) repaired free of charge with no time limit.
- Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper storage is not covered under free repair.
- To send an item for repair, contact us first. We will advise the shipping method and provide a repair estimate if charges apply.
06 Your Statutory Consumer Rights (India)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. In particular:
- Defective or misdescribed goods — if an item received is defective, not as described, or not of the quality represented, you are entitled to a replacement or refund irrespective of the exchange windows above.
- Refund timelines — eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval; investment-wallet payments are credited back to your wallet within 3 business days.
- Transparent pricing — the total price including GST, making charges and shipping is disclosed before you confirm an order; there are no hidden charges.
- Grievance redressal — complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at vowjewelsllp@gmail.com (acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within 30 days). Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
- Hallmarking — all gold jewellery is BIS-hallmarked; the HUID and purity are stated on the invoice as required by BIS norms.
