TripNPeace arranges and issues air travel on your behalf. We are not an airline, and we are not an agent of any airline. Everything below is how we actually work — not a mission statement.
The total never moves
The figure at checkout is the figure charged. If a fare becomes unavailable before we ticket, we tell you and offer alternatives or return your money — we never come back for more after payment.
The carrier is always named
Your passenger itinerary shows the operating carrier and the airline booking reference. You can check in, pick seats and manage the booking on the airline's own site without asking us first.
Extras stay optional
Protection and flexibility products are priced individually, default to off, and can be declined without affecting your fare. Nothing is pre-ticked into your total.
A person owns your file
One consultant handles your booking from first quote through to landing — reachable on WhatsApp, email or the phone.
What we don’t do
- We don't run countdown timers or “3 people are viewing this” counters. If a fare is genuinely about to go, your consultant will say so in plain words.
- We don't hide the operating carrier to make a booking look like ours. That is the single biggest cause of travellers being stranded at check-in.
- We don't quietly pre-select add-ons so the total creeps up while you scroll.
- We don't promise refunds we cannot deliver. What is refundable is set by your fare rules, and we will read them to you before you decide.
