Booking conditions
The conditions that apply when you book air travel through us.

Passenger names
Names must match the passport exactly. Airlines charge to correct a name after ticketing, and some fares do not permit corrections at all. Check the spelling before you pay.
Ticketing
Payment confirms your booking with us. Your ticket is issued with the operating carrier, at which point you receive the airline booking reference (PNR) on your itinerary. Until that reference exists, the itinerary document is not issued.
Travel documents
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documentation required for your route. We will flag obvious requirements but cannot guarantee entry.
Changes and cancellations
What is possible, and what it costs, is determined by the fare rules on your ticket. We will tell you what those rules allow before actioning anything.
Optional extras
Protection, flexibility and service add-ons are optional, priced individually at checkout, and never pre-selected. Their terms are set by the provider named in each product description.
