How refunds work, and what determines whether you get one.

The fare decides
Refund eligibility is set by the fare rules on your ticket, not by us. Some fares are fully refundable, some refund taxes only, and some are non-refundable. We will tell you which applies to your ticket before you book, and again if you ask to cancel.
How to request one
Contact your consultant, use the assistance desk, or write to tripsynco@gmail.com with your booking reference. We will confirm what is recoverable before we action anything.
Timing
Airline refunds are processed by the carrier and can take several billing cycles to reach your account. We will chase on your behalf and keep you updated.
Agency service fees
Where an agency service fee has been charged for work already performed, that portion may be non-refundable. Any such fee is disclosed to you before payment.
