What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone), the trip details you ask us to price, passenger details required to issue a ticket, and records of our correspondence with you.
We record approximate country from your connection to show relevant information. We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by our payment gateway.
Why we use it
To price and arrange your travel, to issue tickets and documents, to contact you about your booking, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional marketing.
Marketing and consent
Marketing messages are sent only if you explicitly opt in. Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently.
Sharing
We share what is necessary with the operating carrier and ticketing systems to issue your booking, and with our email, messaging and payment providers. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to tripsynco@gmail.com.
